Online Content Director - formerly called the webmaster or interactive director
The OCD reports to the Operations Manager or Market Manager for the cluster.   An OCD is not just a “webmaster” or “techie” but a creative and highly skilled person with a vision that is aligned with that of the Program Director.   The focus of this individual is to work directly with all station departments (Programming, Sales, Promotions, etc.) to maximize the online presentation.  Programming and Promotions works with the OCD to ensure timely and relevant updates to the sites to match on-air messaging and station events.  Sales Department is to be kept informed of all new online initiatives, opportunities and available site inventory.
 
Job Description
•         Work with Programming to maximize integration with on-air and on-line
•         Work with Promotions to identify relevant events and feature prominently on site
•         Work with Sales staff to identify available inventory and tout new features
•         Manage Online Staff to physically maintain sites
•         Physically maintain sites with daily updates
–         Prepare necessary graphics/files for site
–         Content placement, page layout, package formatting, scheduling and rotation of        content
•         Audit site for wasted/duplicated positions
•         Schedule ads on site and programs
•         Stream Monitoring for quality, ad replacement, etc.
•         Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for programming employees.
•         Work directly with CCOMR Online Services management to provide feedback and suggestions on market needs/requirements/requests
•         Other duties as assigned
 
Job Requirements
•         4+ years of college and 2 years website creation experience, or a comparable combination of college and experience
•       Primary applications of Adobe Photoshop.
•        Must have strong knowledge in: HTML, Photoshop, Flash and Dreamweaver
•         Recommended:  Video Editing software such as Adobe Premiere for Rich Media content
•         Strong Organizational, Leadership and Interpersonal skills
•         Ability to work well with others and recommend solutions
•         Knowledge of website best practices and design
•         Organizational and planning skills
•         Ability to work in a fast paced environment
•         Ability to multi-task and meet multiple deadlines
 
Salary Requirements
·                 $30K - $40K dependant upon experience

§          Performance based environment with unlimited income potential
§          Develop local advertising revenue through campaigns, which utilize Clear Channel terrestrial and Internet radio products.
§          Prospect potential clients through market research and competing media monitoring.
§          Develop, maintain and grow client base through consistent presentation of new ideas and exceptional service.
§          Utilize Clear Channel resources to generate ideas and information, which are presented to clients and prospects.
§          Manage accounts receivable for client base with assistance from in-house credit manager.
